This Privacy Policy explains how Polyrhythm Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you play BURGER BUILDER (the "Game"). By playing the Game, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other directly-identifying information to play the Game. The Game does collect the following categories of information through the third-party services described in Section 3:

• Advertising identifiers and device information: Ad network SDKs may collect your advertising ID (e.g., Android Advertising ID / Google Advertising ID), device model, OS version, IP address (used for approximate location and fraud prevention), and app usage signals (e.g., ad impressions and clicks) in order to serve and measure ads.
• Consent status: We record the advertising consent choices you make (see Section 6) so the Game can honor your preferences.

We do not use Firebase Analytics or any other first-party analytics SDK in this Game.

The Game uses the following third-party services:

3.1 Advertising — Unity LevelPlay (mediation)

The Game displays ads through Unity LevelPlay, an ad mediation platform that may route ad requests to multiple ad networks, including but not limited to Google AdMob and other LevelPlay-supported ad networks. Each mediated network may independently collect advertising identifiers and device information as described in Section 2 to select and measure ads.

3.2 Consent Management — Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

The Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to obtain and manage your consent for personalized advertising in regions covered by GDPR (EEA/UK) and applicable US state privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA). You can review and change your consent choice at any time from the in-game Settings screen (see Section 6).

4. How We Use Information

Information collected via the third-party services above is used to:

• Serve and personalize (where you have consented) in-game advertising
• Measure ad performance and prevent ad fraud
• Comply with applicable consent and privacy regulations

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Children's Privacy

BURGER BUILDER is a general-audience casual game and is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we display ads, non-personalized/limited ads may be required for users identified as children under applicable regulations (e.g., COPPA).
